Silkscreen Prints

Shelley’s silkscreen prints arise out of the observation of light and light phenomena. The application of colour pigment as exploration is informing the process as well as the outcome, leading to the experience of discovery, only sensing the point of completion.

He has won the John Purcell Paper Award for Outstanding Printmaking in 2005 and the Aberystwyth Purchase Prize in 2009.

Work by Shelley is held in public and private collections.
